Logistics

What to expect

  • Slides and handouts are provided at least one week before the event.
  • A 20–30 minute planning call is scheduled with the host in advance.
  • Sessions can be repeated across shifts or tracks within the same day.
  • Recording and internal reuse are welcome with written agreement in advance.
  • Books can be made available for purchase or signing when the host requests it.
